That's why we made this tool free, instant, and actually easy to use. No sign-up, no fees, no fuss. Whether you know your last period date, you've been tracking ovulation, or you went through IVF — we wanted to give you a place where you can get a solid estimate in seconds.

Beyond the calculator, we want to help you understand what's happening in your pregnancy. What's the difference between gestational age and fetal age? Why do due dates change? What should you expect at your first ultrasound? We're putting all of that information here, written in plain English.

We're just a small group of people who thought pregnancy calculators could be better. No big corporation, no investors, no fancy office. Just a few folks who know a bit about coding and a lot about how confusing this stuff can be when you're pregnant.

We're not doctors, and we don't pretend to be. But we've done our homework — researching the science behind due date calculations, talking to healthcare providers, and building tools that actually work the way people expect them to.

We started this because when we were trying to figure out due dates for ourselves, the online tools we found were either overly complicated, full of ads, or just gave us a number without explaining how they got there. We wanted something better — and now we're sharing it with anyone who needs it.

We built this with the same formulas doctors use. The LMP method (40 weeks from your last period), the conception method (38 weeks from when you conceived), and for IVF folks, the transfer date method. All the math runs right in your browser — nothing gets sent to our servers.

We keep our calculator accurate by using the same sources doctors do:

• Standard obstetric formulas:Naegele's rule (doctors have used this for over a century) and other clinically accepted methods
• IVF transfer calculations: Based on embryo age at transfer — day-3 embryos get 263 days, day-5 blastocysts get 261 days
• Pregnancy research: We follow current medical guidelines for pregnancy dating

We check our work, but always confirm with your healthcare provider — they know your specific situation best.

We double-check our work. The formulas we use are the same ones doctors use, and we verify them against multiple sources before putting them in the calculator.

That said, no calculator is perfect. Every pregnancy is different. Your cycles might be longer or shorter than average, or your situation might have other factors at play. Think of our number as a solid starting point — your doctor will confirm it with an ultrasound, which is way more accurate.
